A progressive exploration of inversions, from their traditional roots to contemporary practice.
Rather than approaching inversions simply as advanced postures, we will explore viparīta, the reversal of our habitual relationship with gravity, perception and effort. Through preparation, alignment and progressive variations, students will experience inversions safely and according to their individual possibilities.
