The morning program steadies the mind and prepares the day. Meditation and fire ceremony purify and center awareness. Chanting and study deepen understanding. Sanskrit preserves and transmits the teachings in their original language.
Evening meditation is followed by chanting or readings, offering a return to stillness at the close of the day.
In addition to the Daily Ashram Rhythm, weekly offerings provide further opportunities for devotional practice and study:

Day Guests are welcome any day of the week. Day visits offer a meaningful way to experience the rhythm of Ashram life without an overnight stay.
Includes participation in the Daily Ashram Rhythm, Yoga Classes and other scheduled activities. Admission to concerts is additional and may be paid at the door.
Registration must be submitted by 3:00 pm the day before your planned visit. You may also call the office at 845-782-5575 between 11:00 am and 4:00 pm.
Meals are simple, vegetarian, and served in a spirit of community.
