At 3:00 PM, a recorded Talk by Joan, offered in the Meditation room downstairs.
At 7:45 PM, a Video of one of Joan’s programs at the Ashram, followed by a Kirtan.
Joan Suval was a founding member of Ananda Ashram and a senior disciple of Shri Brahmananda Sarasvati. She dedicated her life to the teachings of Yoga and Vedanta, offering meditations and programs at Ananda Ashram, in New York City and at other national and international locations for over fifty years. Joan left her body on April 24, 2020.
Ananda Ashram is a yoga and meditation retreat dedicated to inner transformation through meditative understanding. Nestled in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains, it offers a peaceful sanctuary for reflection, nature, and contemplative practice.
