Living Resonance is a collaborative practice where yoga and live acoustic music unfold together in the present moment.
Guided by Andrea Tymczyszyn and accompanied by the music of Angela Hassan, this workshop weaves together mindful movement, breath awareness, and moments of stillness to create a deeply nourishing experience. Rather than serving as background, the music becomes part of the practice itself, supporting presence, connection, and inner quiet.
Weather permitting, we’ll gather on Ananda Ashram’s lakeside deck, where the natural surroundings become part of the experience. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, the workshop will be held in the Panini Annex Yoga Studio.
Open to all levels, this workshop offers an opportunity to slow down, listen deeply, and become fully present.
Andrea Tymczyszyn is a yoga teacher at Ananda Ashram, where she offers regular classes. She completed her foundational teacher training at Ananda Ashram and later earned her 500 hour Dharma Yoga certification in the lineage of Sri Dharma Mittra. Her teaching is rooted in the classical traditions of Hatha Yoga, emphasizing presence, breath, and mindful movement.
Angela Hassan is a vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, and yoga teacher whose music creates a space for reflection, connection, and presence. Through devotion, voice, guitar, harmonium, and zither, she offers kirtan, sound journeys, and accompanies yoga practices with heartfelt music, inviting participants into a deeply immersive and nourishing experience.
Ananda Ashram is a yoga and meditation retreat dedicated to inner transformation through meditative understanding. Nestled in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains, it offers a peaceful sanctuary for reflection, nature, and contemplative practice.
