This workshop explores the Dharma Yoga Wheel as a tool for opening, strengthening, and deepening awareness in the physical practice. Rooted in the Dharma Yoga lineage and inspired by the teachings of Sri Dharma Mittra, the wheel supports expansion in the spine, shoulders, and hips while cultivating steadiness and ease. Students are invited into a gradual and intelligent approach to exploring backbends, balance, and flexibility.
Registration is necessary to reserve a wheel. Dharma Yoga Wheels will be provided.
Andrea Tymczyszyn values the opportunity to share the benefits of yoga practice and connect with students in a space that supports growth, curiosity, compassionate awareness, and a playful spirit. Her classes weave together asana, pranayama, Yoga Nidra, philosophy, and devotion, inviting students to explore the deeper dimensions of practice and experience the natural bliss of presence.
Andrea is a 500-hour RDYT, YACEP, and sound healing practitioner rooted in the eight-limbed path of yoga. She completed her teacher training at Ananda Ashram and continues her studies in Hatha Raja Yoga with Sri Dharma Mittra (NYC).
