This four-day celebration is scheduled around World Sanskrit Day, celebrated on the full moon of the Indian month of Shrāvaṇa, the auspicious occasion of Rakṣhā Bandhana, which falls on Thursday, August 27, this year. The topic is Paramparā: Sanskrit Lineage. Focusing on the transmission of knowledge passed down through ancient sacred texts (śruti), other traditional texts (smṛti), and the living practices that continue today.

Putting our new found skills into practice, we will explore and harvest together. After the harvest, we will learn how to prepare the plants into delicious, nourishing dishes and drinks, creating a wild foraged meal, which we will enjoy together.
