The Long Life Practice: A Workshop with Lotus Do *
2:00–4:00 PM Eastern Time
Tuition: $20
Join Lotus Do for a workshop on the benefits of the mind-body connection through Yoga and Gigong with creative visualization. It is an invitation to joyful and safe movement to reduce stress, enhance awareness and tone the mind and body. This Long Life Practice is based on mindful movement and should be experienced as a practice to generate increased flexibility and well-being. While gentle yoga builds inner strength and calms the mind, Gigong movements enhance the mind-body connection and energize the body.
Bring a journal for self reflection, a mat, towel or blanket and a block if you have one. Wear comfortable clothing (or yoga clothing) to move easily. This class is suitable for all levels.
