A unique blend of guided meditations and innovative programs inspired by Shri Brahmananda Sarasvati - for both beginning and experienced students - will be offered under the calming guidance of Joan Suval. For the first time this year, the Friday evening and Saturday morning programs will be presented by Karuna Devi. Enjoy optional Hatha Yoga classes with Ashram teachers, group walks, a special video, delicious vegetarian meals and more while maintaining peaceful silence.
Included will be a Devotional Vocal Concert by Deepak Kumar, with Tabla accompaniment, on Saturday evening.
