The Spring Equinox is the start of a new astrological year, when the sun enters the sign of Aries. This year it will occur on March 19th. Very soon after that, there will be two other major yearly alignments: a Lunar Eclipse on March 25th and a Solar Eclipse on April 8th. Psychologically, this is a time of rebirth of an identity and realignment to one’s highest destiny. The workshop will focus on how to best approach the healing opportunities this time offers. There will be an attunement meditation at the end and an opportunity to ask personal questions.

Lila Ksenia is an Astrologer, Life Coach and Embodiment Facilitator. Using a mind-body-spirit approach, she aims to help individuals heal their subconscious and create a life of wellness, prosperity and peace. Lila has extensive training in subjects ranging from yoga to neuroscience. She holds a BA in Psychology and Mathematics, is a Certified Women’s Embodiment Facilitator and a Reiki Master. Over the decade, Lila has developed a unique approach that integrates psychology, mindfulness, yoga/intuitive movement, tantra and more.
