In the search for Self knowledge, follow the journey of OM through the three states of waking, dreaming and deep sleep. Then, with a leap of faith, enter into the inner silence, listening and meditating on OM – the source of all sound and the master key to unlock the secrets of the universe.
Topics for the weekend will include:
Chanting the 12 mantras of the Māṇḍūkya Upaniṣhad – Meditations on OM – OM and the science of sound vibration – OM and the breath – OM, the 5 bodies and the 7 chakras – Mathematics and OM – OM and "I-AM" – OM and Patanjali's Yoga Sūtras.
