This is our quarterly Cacao Gathering at Ananda Ashram. We will share the heart-opening spirit of Ceremonial Cacao and celebrate the Spring Equinox, the start of a new astrological year, which psychologically represents the rebirth of an identity.

Ceremonial Cacao is high-grade, fine-flavor, traditional chocolate used to emulate some of the spiritual practices of the Maya and Aztec people. Historically, cacao drinks have been used for a variety of life-affirming ceremonies including births and marriages, as well as for battles, and to honor the gods. Our warm Cacao Circle will include movement and breathing practices that support loving connection. We will meet each other in humility and authentic expression to celebrate this new chapter of our life together.

Lila Ksenia is an Astrologer, Life Coach and Embodiment Facilitator. Using a mind-body-spirit approach, she aims to help individuals heal their subconscious and create a life of wellness, prosperity and peace. Lila has extensive training in subjects ranging from yoga to neuroscience. She holds a BA in Psychology and Mathematics, is a Certified Women’s Embodiment Facilitator and a Reiki Master. Over the decade, Lila has developed a unique approach that integrates psychology, mindfulness, yoga/intuitive movement, tantra and more.
