Ishwari (Lynn Keller) began performing music in 1978 in Austin, Texas, which coincided with her spiritual journey into the Divine Feminine. After moving to New York City in 1981, she studied and performed opera, dance and world music, eventually finding Kirtan in 2000. She performed with SRI Kirtan from 2004-2016. As a seeker, Ishwari studied many variations of Indian philosophies. She found herself as a bhakti yoga practitioner and studied with Shyamdas for ten years. He introduced her to her Guru, Babashri Milan Goswami, who initiated her into Pushtimarg (the Path of Grace) in 2013.
