By chanting these verses we invoke this energy to deal with our inner demons and to deepen our access to meditation energy. \nWe will be doing call and response and then group chanting of verses for the first half hour.  For those who would like to continue exploring the verses\, with the goal of advancing their understanding of Sanskrit grammar\, we will do some translation work for the 2nd half hour.  All are welcome to come for either or both halves.  We will be meeting most Sundays on an ongoing basis. \nJoin via zoom here.
