Come and join this transformational Yoga retreat! Labor Day weekend marks a time of change, the ending of summer and nearing of the fall season. Through the method of Anusara Yoga and the Universal Principles of Alignment, Elias (Subrahmanya) will skillfully guide students toward greater freedom in their bodies, hearts and minds. The qualities of joy and precision infused into each class will lend a balanced approach to the journey of transformation, and participants will discover how these qualities enrich their understanding of life.
