Part of Ananda Ashram Yoga's Continuing Education Series

“Roots Illumined” training offers a space for teachers and students of all levels to experience yoga's vedic roots and to refine practical tools for creating more effective and meaningful classes. This weekend, with a concentration on back bends and inversions, will inform and illumine your āsana practice through creative sequencing, alignment cues, advanced hands-on assists and teaching practicums. Special sessions devoted to proper pronunciation of the āsanas' Sanskrit names will develop confidence and encourage their use.
