Discover ways to create balance in your life by aligning your yoga practice with the elements of earth, water, fire, air and space. You will be lovingly guided to experience your inner voice through chanting, move your body through powerful flow yoga, and create inner peace through the practices of prāṇāyāma and meditation. You will be inspired and empowered to more effectively utilize the many tools that yoga has to offer, including yoga nidrā. Appropriate for all levels, this retreat is especially designed to help you develop and deepen your own personal practice.
