This Gentle Yoga retreat weekend is a time to relax and de-stress in a fully supported environment. Practice will include gentle movement, restorative poses using a variety of props, simple pranayama (breath work), Yoga Nidra and sound healing. The goal is to experience deep relaxation and a quieting of the mind. This will foster a heartfelt connection with the body, allowing it to open and release tension and stress.
Suitable for beginning students as well as yoga teachers, and everyone in between! Come relax, contemplate and explore.
