Programs with Krishna
Das include Kirtan and chanting with instrumental accompaniment,
teachings about the spiritual path and, in the afternoons,
a forum for questions and answers.
Sat & Sun Dharma Yoga classes, 9-10:30AM, are taught by:

III Shiva Namaskara Vinyasa, Intermediate thru Advanced level
& Ismrittee Devi (Eva)
~ Dharma I Shiva Namaskara Vinyasa, Beginners level.
Friday evening and Saturday evening programs are shared with
Ananda Ashram and are open to non-retreatants.
