A spiritual renewal weekend incorporating the combined practices of Hatha Yoga and Yantra Painting. Sarah will show you how to align your inner cosmos with the great forces of nature known as the nine grahas or "planets." Each morning special asana practices from the Ancient Ayurveda Yoga Series will be offered. During the day, you will be guided in the preparation of a planetary yantra of your choice.
Meditation on the yantra, along with the practice of the asanas, is designed to enhance your inner spiritual experience.
