Fri 8:30PM Introduction Sat 10:00AM-12:30PM & 2:30-5:00PM
Sun 9:30AM-12:30PM & 2:30-5:00PM
Tuition $150 Body, mind and soul are called the trinity of existence, essential for building a life that is truly meaningful and satisfying. Resonance, Nada, is a brilliant tool to connect with the spiritual urge encoded in our consciousness. Nada Yoga is the ancient science of sound vibration and a path of exploring consciousness, which also acts as a true catalyst for healing.
The weekend will unfold through two daily sessions accompanied by sacred music played on Sitar, derived from the ancient tradition of Nada Yoga. Included are guided and silent meditations examining the healing properties of sound that affect our inner and outer energy fields. The states of resonance are observed in stages, and by tapping into the source, deep healing is triggered from within to enhance the quality of one's whole life.
This retreat is designed to be the beginning of a series on Resonance Healing through Nada Yoga, for those who want to seriously explore and advance their understanding of the underlying factors of true healing. The sequence of retreats will be offered in four progressive levels, and beginners as well as experienced practitioners and therapists are welcome to attend.
The next two retreats, Level II (three days) and Level III (four days), are scheduled for September and December 2008. Details will be announced.
