Tuition $40 Dalien will demonstrate and inspire exploration how to identify one's own stress factors
as roadblocks to a deeper spiritual understanding and a positive outlook on daily life. Focus will be on asana
with talk on Dharma, sharing, sound meditation and other exercises to help create the experience.
