Join Anusara-inspired Hatha Yoga teachers Elias and Sumukhi for a weekend of heart-warming yoga for your body and mind. In four two-hour sessions you will learn to strengthen your inner and outer body through love-infused Anusara alignment. The themes for each session, which will be integrated into your Hatha Yoga practice, are Compassion, Strength, Humility and Bliss.

Included is a Saturday evening Kirtan with Kamaniya, Sumukhi and friends.
