Nada Yoga is the ancient science of sound vibration, an exploration of consciousness through sacred music, which has been found to be purifying and healing on many levels. The program will consist of immersion in intense sound frequencies played by Acharya Roop Verma on the Sitar, alternating with periods of guided meditation and silent relaxation.
