Weekday Workshop Series, Thurs evenings: Oct 4, 11, 18 & 25
Tuition $60 per person for 4 sessions
Girls ages 7-13 and their moms are invited to come together and practice yoga to empower themselves and build lasting
self-confidence. Focus will be on the practical aspects of yoga and how it can help girls and moms relax and handle the pressures of school, exams and everyday life in a better way.
