A unique blend of guided meditations and innovative programs inspired by Shri Brahmananda Sarasvati - for both beginning and experienced students - will be offered under the calming guidance of Joan Suval. Enjoy optional Hatha Yoga classes with Ashram teachers, group walks, a special video, delicious vegetarian meals and more, while maintaining peaceful silence.
