Tuition for Class Series: Girl only $60; Girl & Mom $100
The last session of a four-week class series for girls ages 7-13 and their Moms.
Come together and practice yoga for self-confidence and empowerment! Each two-hour class will include practical aspects of yoga (postures and breathing), nature walks through the idyllic Ashram grounds, as well as exploration and sharing. Learn how yoga can help girls and moms both to relax and handle the pressures of school, exams and everyday life in a better way. Class dates, Wednesdays:
