Reflexology is based on the principle that there are reflexes in the hands, feet and ears which correspond to every part, every organ and gland of the body. Application of pressure at these points initiates relaxation of tension and improvement of circulation, promoting natural functioning of related areas in the body. The body in balance then heals itself. Participants will practice on themselves.
