A rejuvenating and invigorating weekend in nature with challenging guided hikes and magnificent scenic views. Includes daily Hatha Yoga classes, meditation, sauna, and more.
On Saturday, enjoy a vigorous hike along Breakneck Ridge Trail in Hudson Highlands State Park, voted "number one hike in the Northeast" by the Appalachian Mountain Club. On Sunday, a more gentle hike is planned. Previous hiking experience recommended.
