Programs with Krishna Das include Kirtan with musical accompaniment, meditation instructions, teachings about the spiritual path and, in the afternoons, a forum for questions and answers.
Evening Programs are shared with Ananda Ashram. The retreat also features asana classes with Shri Dharma Mittra, founder-director of the Dharma Yoga Center in NYC, and his wife Ismrittee Devi (Eva).
