is a Fulbright Award winning Tabla player and past graduate/instructor of the Ali Akbar College of Music. He studied classical Indian music with maestros Ali Akbar Khan, Sri Zakir Hussain, Sri Jnan Ghosh and Sri Swapan Chaudhuri. As composer and recording artist, Daniel has played with many diverse artists and has released two world fusion CDs of his own.
