Colin Beavan, Ph.D., is a writer, coach, consultant and social change activist and author of How to Be Alive: A Guide to the Kind of Happiness That Helps the World. He attracted international attention for his year-long lifestyle-redesign project and book, No Impact Man, which became a Sundance-selected documentary film. Colin has been featured in numerous television and radio shows as well as print news outlets and has spoken to wide-ranging audiences.
