Geena Williams has been with Ananda Ashram since 2017, serving as a lead cook and kitchen manager. Her cooking background began years ago, cooking for her family and then for small groups. She joined Whole Foods in California and went on to study vegan cooking. She loves baking. Geena also teaches yoga classes at Ananda Ashram, focusing on Viniyoga, a therapeutic asana practice, while furthering her studies of Eastern philosophy as well as Western psychology.
